Account Creation, Verification & Security
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on e10. A valid mobile number, your full legal name, and date of birth are required. Each person may hold only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify e10's support team immediately.
E10 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal or when transactions exceed a certain amount. A copy of your national ID or passport may be required. This information is used solely for verification purposes and is kept secure.
E10 reserves the right to suspend or close any account in cases of: false information provided, multiple accounts operated, suspected fraud, or violation of the terms and conditions.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
When using the e10 platform, you are required to comply with the following rules. These rules apply equally to all users.
- Only use your own account and conduct transactions using your own personal funds.
- Attempting to hack or unauthorisedly modify any system or software on the platform is strictly prohibited.

Payment, Transaction & Financial Terms
All financial transactions on e10 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
A minimum deposit amount must be observed. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals, and withdrawals must be made to the same mobile number used for the deposit.
